Dr. Raagini Desai is a of phaco surgeon in the western suburbs of Mumbai. She constantly keeps pace with the fast evolving ophthalmic science and continues to grow as a surgeon every day.

Himanshi Eye Care Centre was established with vision to bring all eye care services under one roof in 2014 (Dr. Raagini M Desai). She has experience in field of Ophthalmology since 20 years. She is attached to Nana palkar Smriti samity Borivali (W), Mangal Murti Hospital, Kandivali (W) and Honorary consultant at Vasai Blind Relife Hospital, Vasai (W).

General Procedure Followed At Himanshi Eye Care Centre

  1. Prior appointment would be highly appreciated. Avoid taking appointment on doctor’s mobile phone.
  2. Appointment patients will be given priority.
  3. Register yourself with all demographics (details) at Reception.
  4. Enroll your name at reception.
  5. Preliminary examination will be done in the refraction room.
  6. Refraction will be followed by instillation of eye drops for dilatation for further examination.
  7. Dilatation will take minimum 30 minutes. Dilatation will make your vision blurred for next two to three hours.
  8. You will then be examined by the eye surgeon in the doctor’s room.
  9. Additional test may be required to rule in or rule out certain conditions.
  10. You are requested to keep your mobile phones on silent mode all throughout the check up.
  11. Please ask only relevant questions to reduce the chair time.
  12. If you develop allergy to eye drops, please feel free to inform the hospital staff/doctor.
  13. First consultation is valid for three months from the date of your visit.
